Comprehensive Barista Skills Refine This 2-hour session covers all essential practical aspects of barista work, including: - Role-playing as either a Barista or All-Rounder to practice taking and preparing orders - Understanding Australian coffee styles and how to correctly prepare these drinks - Familiarizing yourself with various service styles, such as takeaway and dine-in - Learning the morning routine for opening the coffee station and end-of-shift closing procedures **Prerequisites:** This course is available only to students who have completed Course 101 or to those currently working in a café looking to refine their skills.
